- Membership of The Social Media Bootcamp is for 12 months from date of payment and renewable annually at members discretion.
- New members have a 30 day no quibble refund guarantee.
- When members renew for a second or subsequent year there is no refund policy once a membership fee has been paid.
- Members will not be charged during their membership for any additional material added to the Bootcamp.
- Members should not abuse the comments section or Forum with any defamatory remarks, racist or sexual comments, infringe copyright, or any other actions that could cause offence to the majority of our members. Anyone engaging in such behaviour will have their membership terminated and will not be given a refund of their fee.
- Membership is exclusively for the person registered. Any member passing on their log in and password details for use by another party will have their membership terminated without refund and legal action may be taken.
- All material in the Social Media Bootcamp is copyright and may not be copied or shared in anyway electronically or otherwise.
- All members are automatically enrolled in the Affiliate Program and can earn for recommending Social Media Bootcamp.
- The Social Media Bootcamp will make every effort to reply to questions raised if they are in keeping with the program and its scope. No guarantee of any answer can be given.
- The Social Media Bootcamp makes every effort to keep material up to date but are not responsible when changes occur from the programs operated by Social Media providers for example Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Hootsuite, Tweetdeck etc.
- We can take no responsibility for any financial transactions that members in the Social Media Bootcamp engage in with Social Media providers or anyone else that may be mentioned in our Bootcamp.
- Where we give members advice on using Social Media within business we can not take responsibility for any outcomes from such advice in the Bootcamp.
- Members must be aware that when they listen to other members that comment in the Bootcamp that their comments are not part of our program and you should exercise due care if following any advice.
- Affiliates are bound to the rules governing tax in their country.
- Payments are made to affiliates around 60 days after a sale has been made.
- Affiliates should not spam anyone with offers to supply membership of The Social Media Bootcamp.
- Affiliates should only use the links that are displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard.
- We can not guarantee payment for a sale which an affiliate may claim without their affiliate code being used or if an initial recommendation came from another affiliate. Our system will credit an affiliate who’s code has been used to send a new member to our site. Sometimes affiliates have the same people in their list of prospects and our system will recognise the affiliate code that actually sends the person to the site to sign up at that time. It is called last cookie recognition.
- Affiliates should only use mailing lists that are genuine and comply with all laws and affiliates are responsible for such marketing. If we find an affiliate that breaks any rules we will ban them.
- Affiliates should only use banners supplied by Social Media Bootcamp. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their correct affiliate code is attached to the banner.
- Affiliates should not break into the timeline of any Social Media Account promoting The Bootcamp and inserting their affiliate ID. Any such action will could result in their Affiliate account being terminated. These include but not limited to @RolandMillward @ProfitsrGood @InBusiness2Day @FieldFareGames @Wiltshireway @Sendatweet and all Facebook accounts connected to Roland Millward.
